OtakuOshi (https://otakuoshi.com), including all its users: Creators, Fans, y Content Contributors.

OtakuOshi is a platform that allows the content creators monetize their publications and fans access and subscribe to such content. By using our services, you agree to the conditions described here.

2. Definition of Personal Data

It is understood by "Personal Data" any information that directly or indirectly identifies a person, including but not limited to:

Name and surname
Identity card
Photographs and videos
Bank and payment information
IP address and location
Voice recordings or facial biometrics

We may also collect anonymized, aggregated or unlinked data, which is not considered personal data under this policy.

3. Changes in your data

9. Verification and registration processes

CREATORS

Before activating a creator account at OtakuOshi, we require:

Verification of age of majority (18+), by means of an official document and selfie.
Verification of country of residence to comply with local regulations.
Bank and fiscal data to receive payments.
Validation that the creator has not been previously banned from the platform.

FANS

For fans, in certain jurisdictions or cases of suspicious activity, it may be required:

Verification of age by estimation or validation with document.
Paid data to access exclusive content.
Country of residence information for legal restrictions.

CONTENT PARTNERS

Anyone appearing in creator content (e.g., models, voice actors, etc.) must:

Proof that you are at least 18 years old.
Provide legal documentation.
Complete an external verification process if necessary.

10. Third-party verification and facial biometrics

We use third-party services to perform age and identity verifications. These services may:

Collect selfie images and official documents.
Use facial recognition to verify the match.
Age estimation (in some countries) using automated technology.

Important note: OtakuOshi does not directly store biometric dataThe data is not accessed by you. This data is managed exclusively by verified providers under contract.

If you choose not to authorize the use of facial recognition, you may be required to provide additional documentation in case of future verifications.

16. How to exercise your rights

If another person is acting on your behalf, he or she must present valid legal authorization.

17. Retention of personal data

This information is used exclusively to verify your age, identity, process payments, ensure security or fulfill legal obligations. It is never used for advertising or marketing.

De-identified information

We may use anonymized or aggregated information to improve our services, statistics or internal processes. This information cannot be reasonably linked to your identity.

20. Policy for minors

Our services are strictly for persons over 18 years of age. We do not allow minors to create accounts, access or interact with content on the platform. If we discover that a minor user has entered information or registered, we will suspend their account and delete the data immediately.
