BY USING OUR SITE YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY - READ IT CAREFULLY

This policy establishes what is permitted and prohibited in OtakuOshi and be part of your agreement with us. Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the deactivation of your content and/or suspension of your account.

The terms defined in this policy have the same meaning as those set forth in our Terms of Use.

❌ Do not use OtakuOshi in any way that implies or facilitates the following:

1. Participation of minors or unauthorized persons

Any person under 18 years of ageor anyone who appears in explicit content without having completed the creator verification process or provided the appropriate consent form.

2. Illegal activity

Including, whether actual, alleged or interpreted:

Exploitation, abuse or harm to persons under 18 years of age.
Incest, bestiality, necrophilia.
Rape or sexual assault.

3. Prohibited items

Weapons or controlled substances, especially when used in a manner that represents or may cause harm to yourself or others.

4. Hate behavior

Attacks against persons based on race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religion, age, disability or disease.

5. Abuse or harassment

Persistent harassment, stalking, doxxing (dissemination of personal data), defamation, publication of non-consensual intimate images (including false or manipulated), or any other unauthorized images.

6. Physical or mental violence or harm

Role-playing scenarios prohibited.
Use of objects that may cause physical or psychological harm.
Absence of express consent.
Extreme representations (extreme bondage, severe impact, suicide or self-harm).

7. Prohibited body fluids

Any representation of urine or feces.

8. False or misleading information

Inaccurate descriptions of media or accounts, including any misleading information.

9. Non-consensual content

Explicit images of other people without their consentincluding images generated artificially or by artificial intelligence.

10. Nudity in public places

Explicit conduct in public places or where it is reasonable to assume that others can see, including avatars, covers or profile headers.

11. Prohibited cyber activity

Spam.
Sharing personal data of other users.
Links to external media storage sites.
References to external sites that violate our Terms of Service.
Interference with OtakuOshi's network, hardware or software.

12. Copying or extracting content

Scraping, downloading, collecting or redistributing content from OtakuOshi or any creator for any reason.

13. Face-to-face meetings

Facilitating face-to-face meetings for purposes other than the interactions intended by OtakuOshi (e.g., payments, external services, etc.).

14. Prohibited commercial activity

Sale of regulated or controlled products or services.
Represent that you are endorsed by OtakuOshi without authorization.
Infringement of intellectual property rights of third parties.

By using OtakuOshi, you commit yourself to comply with this Policy at all times. We reserve the right to review content, monitor accounts, suspend services or delete accounts in the event of any violation, without prior notice if warranted by the situation.
